Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy

Under the Indiana Workers Compensation Act, doctors can order long-term pain management as part of a workers compensation settlement. However, if you settle the case without an attorney or with an attorney who is not familiar with the Indiana workers compensation laws, you may end up with a settlement that doesn’t include funds for future medical expenses.
