On July 15, 2010, Attorneys Nathan Maudlin and Randy Klezmer of Klezmer Maudlin, PC, were speakers at the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association annual worker’s compensation seminar. Mr. Maudlin and Mr. Klezmer were two of six speakers present and presented topics relevant to the Indiana Worker’s Compensation laws and advising other attorneys on methods by which to settle worker’s compensation cases and issues that arise in representing injured workers. Mr. Maudlin and Mr. Klezmer were quite pleased to be invited to speak at this seminar and enjoyed instructing fellow attorneys on these developments in the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Act.
